- Perfect central location on an elegant avenue well-served in commerce and other services, accessible within walking distance from my business venue and from all the key landmarks that I intended to visit as well. - Extremely comfortable, clean, elegant, peaceful room, with fresh modern decor whilst exuding timeless warmth and charm, on a sweet spot between the aura of grand-hotel experience and the cozy familial feel of an upscale boutique hotel that feels like home. - Exceptionally diligent and caring staff, ensuring utmost professional care with spotless perfection in all regards. It was a pleasant surprise to experience not a single of the typical tiny flaws and oversights that typically occur in hotels of this class. Thank you very much for not only fulfilling your mission at your finest, but also going beyond ensuring an outstanding experience. Wishing you all the best.

Fantastic location in old town Palma, also very near to transport for the airport and beyond e.g. Sollér, Joan Miro Foundation and nearby beaches. You could walk to everywhere you'd want to see in under 20 mins and there were lots of lovely restaurant options close by. It's a lovely hotel and very stylish, modern. Warm welcome from the staff. I was in a single room, but it was still pretty spacious and had everything I needed for a stop over night in the city. Feels very new, clean and modern- bathroom was excellent. Exclusive key access to luggage room and toilets after check out which was very helpful as I could freshen up before leaving for the airport. Would definitely stay there again!

A centrally located hotel with very polite and friendly staff. The room is well equipped, practically furnished, with a mini fridge, a mini-bar and mineral water etc.. The bathroom is very nice, well equipped, the shower is very pleasant to use. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful and varied. The room window overlooked the inner courtyard, but this was not a problem. The air conditioning is a bit noisy but very efficient, which was nice in the summer heat.

The location! Everything was within easy access from the hotel. Perfect for all members of the family with different interests. Our son celebrated his birthday during our stay and the hotel receptionist (a lovely lady) arranged a surprise box of chocolates, balloons and card and a keepsake which was a really sweet gesture. Thank you very much! All the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Much appreciated while on a relaxing break.

The location was wonderful,right in the centre,so close to all the fabulous shops and lovely places to eat. The views from the terrace and sky bar were to die for and the hotel itself was a pleasure to return home to after a day of shopping and eating!! Sadly we never made it to the beach,not enough time and too much to do,but we are already planning a return trip,until then....
